Standard Home Care recruits people who want to support clients at home. There are two caregiver paths to ask our recruiting team about:
HCA · Home Care Aide
Professional caregiverWork as an agency aide for clients in the community; you do not have to be related to a client.
Daily supportDepending on the assigned plan, the role may include personal care, home maker tasks or companionship.
FHCA · Family Home Care Aide
Care for an eligible relativeAsk about being hired as an agency aide for a family member whose program and care plan permit it.
Agency requirements still applyHiring, screening, training and supervision requirements apply to family caregivers too. Program eligibility must be confirmed.
